Telecalling & Lead Management Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on provided leads.
• Explain program details, course structure, fees, and admission processes clearly.
• Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to convert leads.
• Maintain accurate lead status and communication logs in the CRM.
• Collect feedback and understand student requirements to provide solutions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Collaborate with admissions, counselling, and marketing teams to improve lead conversions.
• Stay updated with program offerings, scholarships, and market trends.
